Back and Kicking —Aug. 24, 2014

I've remade the deck with some minor changes. Decided to go back to my pet deck because I missed her a lot.

Sun titan isn't particularly exciting in this deck. Go rest in peace.

Spawnwrithe is bad.

Spawnwrithe isn't bad, I would know as I've been using it with great success.

Sun Titan is also incredibly useful.

Sylvan Library and Abundance are actually bonkers together lol. You know, just your standard draw three lands or nonlands paying zero, nbd.

Yeah, I will eventually get Sylvan Library when I can spare the money and find on in a Canadian shop that's of a good conidition. But for now I'm taking a break from tuning Trostani and working on my Animar deck.

You may want to put in Hornet Queen , which can provide cheap blockers that no oppenent would want, and also helps with flying, something that this deck can have problems with because of the lack of Storm Herd .

I never really needed flying. The only time I have ever needed it was against a Kaalia deck, and Storm Herd would have been totally useless. Also I dislike Hornet Queen and she doesn't fit the theme.

I see that you took out Sylvan Library . It needs to find it's way back in, because your going to need any card draw you can get since you don't have blue of black. With only 18 creatures, Genisis Wave isn't as useful, so unless you will be throwing more creatures in, I'd suggest cutting it for library.

1: Sylvan Library is meh for me, not worth dropping $10-$15 on.

2: Genesis Wave puts all permanent revealed on the battlefield, not just creatures.

And 3: I'm actually retiring this deck in favour of Marath.
