Tokens and life gain. Looking to make some changes to incorporate some of the new Ravnica cards, like Divine Visitation , Dawn of Hope , Camaraderie , and March of the Multitudes but I don't know what to take out for these at this point. Help!

This is the first commander deck I built from scratch, and it has evolved over the years. Really love sticking on theme, so for example, once Courser of Kruphix came out I replaced Oracle of Mul Daya with it. Oracle is generally a better card, but courser fits my theme better.
