The deck is all about Gaining life when a creature ETB and to help with that we want to flood the battlefield with tokens so we can utilize populate as much as possible to be able to trigger Trostani as many times as we can.

We even utilize wolfs alot in this deck. Tolsimir together with Voja makes a good combo together with Trostani that you can abuse to ping creatures and gain that life.
