Why I upgraded
Inspiration
The following deck was the main inspiration for my version of Eggs Tron Storm:

Strategy
The deck's main goal is to utilize Aetherflux Reservoir to deal 50 damage at our opponent. We use the drawing power of Expedition Map, Conjurer's Bauble, Chromatic Star, and our other eggs to draw and cast multiple spells a turn. The combination of Isochron Septer and Opt is another great way to cast all of our spells in one turn.
Sideboard
sideboard:
Dramatic Reversal: Protects us from Surgical Extraction targeting Paradox Engine.
Thought Scour: Replaces Opt if we believe the opponent will bring in a layline of sanctity. Now our strategy involves milling the opponent as opposed to Aetherflux Resivour. If our opponent also has Emrakul... GG.
Dawn Charm: This card allows us to fog every turn, as well as utilize the card's other modes.
Silence Cast during the upkeep to prevent storm from comboing off with Grapeshot or Empty the Warrens
Pithing Needle: Good Sideboard card against a variety of decks.
Why I upgraded
I am by no means a brewer, but sometimes I like to take janky decks and make ridiculously competitive versions of them. See example my $300/100Tix Zombie Hunt Deck This deck seemed great, and I wanted to put my spin on it.
