One of my favorite decks. I made this deck from my Talrand deck few years ago. I kept losing my deck list so I am posting it here for convenience. Feel free to comment. All card choices here prioritizes speed.

Playstyle - Delay your opponent as much as you can using counterspells and bounce cards. But do not exhaust counterspells, keep some low cost spells to protect Tromokratis. - Ramp as much as you can to hit the mana required for Tromokratis plus reserved mana for counterspell. - It would be best to drop equipments and tapping artifacts before dropping Tromokratis. - Wizard tutor is included to increase chance for Teferi to be on hand. Teferi will protect Tromokratis, especially from blue players. - Goal is to score 21 commander damage to win. This deck works best with creature based decks. I usually win in two swings when I have equipment down. Runechanter's Pike and Dragon Wing work wonders. - Pongify, Rapid Hybridization and Swan Song will give your opponent an easy target creature you can tap to make Tromokratis unblockable. - Trinket Mage can fetch artifact lands, Traumatic Visions will fetch basic lands, Turnabout can float mana so you can cast Tromokratis early. - Mystical Tutor + Temporal Mastery wins games.
