That's exactly what this deck does. In fact, it's all it does. Straight forward! You draw cards. You deal damage. You deal damage while drawing cards (that's the most fun).

The stars of this deck are Electrostatic Field and Guttersnipe for obvious reasons.

Other notable cards are Ral, Storm Conduit (same effect as the two above + he can copy spells) and Goblin Electromancer (anyone who makes spells cheaper is my friend).
