Quick and Dirty Primer: Use Triad of Fate, along with other control pieces, as board permission tools to last into the late game to combo kill the table with infinite mana.

The deck makes infinite mana with Basalt Monolith + Gemstone Array + Rings of Brighthearth . It's outlet for this mana includes the conventional options of Exsanguinate/Torment of Hailfire/Debt to the Deathless. Less conventionally, Orzhov Guildmage and Clackbridge Troll can be used to win the game, thought not together. Clackbridge Troll + Triad of Fates + Umbral Mantle with infinite mana will deck each opponent.

Though personally not a fan of using Triad as a flicker commander, it's still there and the deck uses a flicker toolbox. Notable exclusions from the deck are Containment Priest and Alms Collector. Containment Priest is out for anti-synergy when the deck wants to flicker its own things. Alms Collector while good synergy with the commander, feels just not good enough when Triad isn't exiling the opponent's creatures or isn't even on the board.
