This is one of my very first EDH decks. I toyed with the idea of a deck that gave my opponent lots of cards and then punished them for it with either Underworld Dreams or just making them discard them all with Bolas himself. When Nekusar, the Mindrazer came out I saw this type of deck start to rise with him as the commander. I thought about switching him in place of Bolas, but Nicol Bolas is no commander's lackey!

I have my commander in a top loader, and while he is in the command zone, I put the old school time shifted art up, but when he comes into play, I flip it over to reveal the more aggressive looking FTV: Dragons version of him for a bit of added humor.
