Geist of Saint Traft is a cheap, fast, and fun commander.

The core idea for this deck is "fast and hard."

With a cheap cost Traft can easily be out turn 2 or 3 depending on land draw from start of game. With his passive 4/4 flying angel 6 base damage can be dealt with no buffing. 6 damage is not a lot but its a start, Remember Fast and Hard. Obviously the main goal is to buff/protect Traft, not at all cost as there are strong backup creature cards like Drogskol Reaver or Lyra Dawnbringer .

In addition to the "fast and hard" strategy there are cards like Odric, Master Tactician , Kwende, Pride of Femeref , Taigam, Ojutai Master . These cards aid in manipulating blocking order, giving double strike to creatures with first strike, and lastly rebound on instance and sorcery cards. All adding up to what can be a very lethal middle range fight.
