The Modern world has been infiltrated by Burn and UR Delver recently and there seems a need to be a shift in the meta game. Recently a List very close to this made a Top 8 in Worcester but seemed to lack few answers to burn main deck so I went under the hood with it a bit and did quite a bit of work. This deck is pure hand control and operates the early game much like 8rack but it has the luxury of having many more answers to decks where 8rack falls short.

Trading Post is an all-star in this list. Your discard can get you to a mid-game with UR delver and Burn, which is where they don't want to be, and trading post just shuts down any hope of them top decking an answer.

Some notable interactions that this deck provides:

Life from the Loam + Raven's Crime : Discard for days and leaving your opponents with no hand and relying on a top deck.

Life from the Loam + Buried Ruin + Trading Post / Ensnaring Bridge / The Rack : Get your dredged artifacts back again and again and again and again.

Ensnaring Bridge + Life from the Loam + Mutavault : You can't attack, only I can do that.

Worm Harvest + Life from the Loam : A quality closer that just becomes repeatable time and time again.
