This is my cleric deck in its current form.The idea is to just sit there and let the damage roll over me. I then either wait for my opponent to give up, mill out or takes enough infect damage.

With Battletide Alchemists I can ignore quite a lot of damage.

Mikaeus then allows me to buff my creatures to prevent direct damage to them being an issue.

Priests of Norn help deal with any creatures that want to hit me and can be quite nasty when they infect with +1/+1 counters on them.

Every creature in this deck is a cleric, part from Hanweir Militia Captain pre-flip.

I would like to make it modern legal so I need help finding replacements for the following:

Whipgrass Entangler - A key element of keeping the enemy locked down and preventing "When attacking" abilities and also allowing me to lock down blockers so I can get my damage through

Doubtless One - The big guns on the board. Used for hitting and regaining life.

Sigil of the New Dawn - Allows me to recovery some creatures that are lost from "Destroy" mechanics or if the opponent does raise enough direct damage on my creatures.

I am already planning to replace my Circles of Protection with Story Circle for more flexibility and I will be replacing my Rune: Artifacts with a Circle of Artifacts
