Some simple changes. — June 9, 2016

I recently discovered Temur Battle Rage and added it instead of Double Cleave, so now I can give my dwarves both double strike and trample for the same mana cost.

With that change, on top of Dwarven Berserker's trample, I took out Dwarven Warriors because the unblockable ability wasn't helping, instead I'm just relying on the trample. I added Dwarven Scorcher in his place just because he's a 1 cost so hopefully that will speed the deck up a little bit as well.
