Trying to find a home for my MBC deck and I think I've landed on Toshiro. This was the least developed of my EDH decks for a while, used to be Korlash, heir to blackblade, because I love playing him in standard. Sadly he doesn't translate that well and I got tired of of it being lackluster. So I did a little digging and looked through B legends, considered Erebos, Macar, Sidisi, all of whom seemed a little too straight forward, all good but not very appealing to me. Strongly considered Xiahou Dun but in the end I thought Toshiro looked like he would be more fun.

Edit: This has easily become my favorite EDh deck. I've streamlined in quite a bit since I started and it is just super fun to play. I got the curve down quite a bit from the original list, which helps me get my feet under me a bit quicker but also better for ad naus if I end up trying to tendrils off. Sometimes I will just cast it eot though and pick up a few cards cause you can always trigger it again from the yard off toshiro. I added a few more creatures in to hopefully help facilitate Songs of the damned. It also lets me play Grim return and Thrilling encore a little more proactively.

New stuff & Changes Testing Stunning reversal. Haven't cast it yet but the idea of entombing it, swatting a critter then flashing it back is too cool to not try. Also really like the idea of Kor dirge and Treacherous Urge but I also find myself looking at them whenever I try to make room. Haven't seen either of them in a hand yet.

Warping wail also always just gets cut but could be really good. I dunno.

Really trying to cut 1-2 of 5-6cc cards but I am super torn. Probably the Revenant is going to go but I am too torn to pull the trigger yet.

Pumped for the new adds from Modern horizons. Force of Despair and Defile are awesomely good cards for Toshiro.
