Finely put this bad boy back together Momir Vig, Simic Visionary was my first Commander. My goal with this deck is to have a deck slightly better than the Pre-cons but also be able to hold its own at most tables.

Top Deck Surprise's main game plan is to find one of the many combos and win from there, the for fun game plan is Deceiver of Form + 4 or more creatures + Biovisionary its mostly for the memes but is so fun if you can pull it off. combos-----------

1 Forest + Utopia Sprawl + Arbor Elf + Freed from the Real = Unbounded Mana turn 2 at the earliest.

2 Lesser Masticore + Melira, Sylvok Outcast + Altar of Dementia = mill your opponents out.

3 Lesser Masticore + Melira, Sylvok Outcast + Phyrexian Altar = Unbounded Mana this one is a little harder to set up early but every piece is tutorable with Momir Vig, Simic Visionary out

4 Temur Sabertooth or Deadeye Navigator + Peregrine Drake = Unbounded Mana

most of the combos set up a Laboratory Maniac win using Thrasios, Triton Hero
