Poor Lovisa Coldeyes is getting up there in age and can't seem to make it anywhere in life. So she does what every normal person would do. She gathers her friends and neighbors to go pillaging, but until she reaps the rewards of her conquests she needs to raid on a budget.

Budget Lovisa Coldeyes deck. To be honest there isn't a whole lot to say for the deck, its rather straight forward. Cast barbarians and go... wink ... berserk. Running a good amount of mana rocks due to high CMC of most of the creatures. Hedron Matrix does a lot of work due to the high casting cost of the creatures.

Aggravated Assault is out of my normal "budget" parameters, but the deck is still cheap and it's 100% on theme.
