Re-built Starke without the Dragonstorm design, catering more to his sensibilities, being a little more casual.

Still needs some work. Not necessarily looking for cards to optimize like Daretti, but creatures and artifacts that will be compelling and fun. The cheaper the better, but I don't mind dropping money.
