The game plan is primarily to drop a bunch of tokens and using Teysa, Orzhov Scion to control the board as essentially a selective, repeatable Final Judgement. In addition, there's a reanimation subtheme, because I always hate it when people kill my threats, so I figured the solution is to just bring it back and try again! :D

Three phase game.

Phase 1: Mana Ramp, set up with rocks, and start preparing basics like card draw. E.g. Phyrexian Arena

Phase 2: Set up your board and give yourself bargaining chips and initiate the control. Painful Quandary and Grave Pact are some of your best tools. Prepare the politics.

Phase 3: Tutor for combos and close out the game.

There are a number of favourable interactions in the deck:Darkest Hour + Teysa, Orzhov Scion + Any three other creatures = Infinite targeted exile removal of creatures. NB: Maw of the Obzedat or Blasting Station turn this into some truly degenerate stuff.

Karmic Guide + Reveillark. Standard combo of reanimators.

Bear in mind, most of these cards were chosen due to the fact that I already have these or relatively in line with a budget, so stuff like Swords are generally out. But all suggestions are welcome!
