Odric is incredibly underrated as a commander. Cheap to bring out, and once he's out and protected with Swiftfoot Boots or Darksteel Plate, every creature has every mechanic, every combat. Mono-white soldiers is already plenty strong, plus good interaction with humans (Herald of War / Champion of the Parish), and token generation (Captain of the Watch / Darien, King of Kjeldor). Throw in some anthems (Honor of the Pure), angels (Akroma, Angel of Wrath), and planeswalkers (Gideon of the Trials).
