I've made an explicit effort here to include no wrath spells or abilities with the pseudo-exception of Ugin.

This deck really focuses on Planeswalker control, without the cruelty of a dozen "Destroy all creatures" cards. Tamiyo, Field Researcher gives you a good reason to want to keep (some) creatures around, and adds a solid intermediate goal for the deck on the path to victory.

The landbase is more or less budget for the moment, but so far in playtesting that hasn't held it back too much.

One of the best synergies/combos I've discovered is Garruk Wildspeaker + Ral Zarek + Lotus Vale + The Chain Veil + Teferi Emblem. Allows you to activate planeswalker abilities an infinite number of times per turn. It's not the easiest thing to get to, but with all the tutors and draw abilities, it's not overly difficult either, especially once you get the ball rolling with defenses and such.
