Quirion Ranger can bounce a Tropical Island for Stasis even when they're tapped.
Maintain Stasis by bouncing Tropical Island c/o Quirion Ranger. You can also untap Noble Hierarch, or use Hidden Strings to pay for the upkeep.
Derevi, Empyrial Tactician can untap itself during a lock, and helps by offensively/defensively tapping.
Shardless Agent helps to increase tempo and for alternative beatdown.

I noticed adding green creatures help speed up tempo, and can replace Tangle Wire with Hidden Strings. This seems to be more versatile as it can also maintain the Stasis lock. Added blue cantrips and counterspells, as well as Chain of Vapor to clear the board of blockers and for bouncing Stasis.
