This is my take on competitive Uro, Titan of Nature's Wrath and with credits given to Brotherzora for helping refine the list. I think that Uro is the best Food Chain commander for cEDH so far since Uro is an infinite mana outlet himself. Drift of Phantasms is the best FC tutor in the deck and can be easily accessed with various tutors like Worldly Tutor . However, assembling FC is still pretty unreliable in Simic colors so the scepter + reversal combo will be the primary plan to execute the combo. How the deck win:

• Plan A: Isochron Scepter + Dramatic Reversal = Infinite mana to win with Laboratory Maniac

• Plan B: Food Chain + Eternal Scourge / Misthollow Griffin = Infinite mana combo to cast Uro infinite times from the commandzone to win with Laboratory Maniac

• Plan C: Forbidden Orchard + Frantic Search + Memory's Journey + Noxious Revival + Reality Shift = Our last resort after assembling plan B with infinite mana but without labman or Jace available to exile everyone's graveyard

• Plan D: Commander damage
