This commander deck is my first ever, and I'm proud of it being a low-to-mid budget deck. The goal is to grow hand size with Tishana, Voice of Thunder , and staying alive on the board. Most card-drawing power comes from instants and sorceries ( Blue Sun's Zenith , Mind Spring , and god forbid Praetor's Counsel ). Some of the power comes from creatures as well, like Generous Stray and Tatyova, Benthic Druid , giving Tishana an enormous amount of power. With counters, unsummons, and unblockables, death by commander damage is a considerable win condition.

Another win is simply overpowering opponents with summons and unsummons/counters, and putting +1/+1 counters on creatures. Summons like Ghalta, Primal Hunger and Aggressive Mammoth turn the game into a steamroll, and that steamroll only gets worse with counters. Doubling Season + Vigor can turn your 1/1 or 2/3 blockers into massive beasts, and Biogenic Upgrade can turn this mechanic into a clown fiesta.
