This is a budget, flicker card draw deck. It's heavier in blue and is slow. It has an infinite with peregrine drake, archaeomancer, and ghostly flicker. Infinite mana to draw my whole deck and hit big with my camander. The deck is slow however and I'm looking on how to speed it up.
