Essentially, using Kami and other cards, opponents will draw three or four cards each turn, as well as you. You will also use some mill cards like Tome Scour and Jace Beleren to mill your opponent faster than your milling yourself. Cards like elixir of life will be your failsafe in case you are milling yourself too much. Save Stroke of Genius until you opponent only has about five to seven cards in his or her library and then just make them draw their library.
