So i had Kami of the Crescent Moon laying in my junk rares pile and i had an idea. make a deck with this guy. Im on a budget, so 400 bucks modern dimir mill decks are not for me. But i always loved mill, so I made a tiny leaders mill deck with Kami of the Crescent Moon.

It's really good because in tiny leader you have 25 life and only 50 cards to mill. The main goal of the deck is to make everyone draw while milling gradually your opponent and putting walls onto the battlefield.

I want to buy this deck but i need a bit of help. It would be really appreciated. I don't want the price of the deck to be over 30-35$. I alredy had the jace and the kami so they don't count in the price. Thanks.
