This deck is meant to win on turn one. When it plays correctly this is how it will play:

First Step: Use the cards that make mana and draw inorder to get 4 mana. You need to play either Balustrade Spy or Undercity Informer so you can mill your entire deck as you have NO LANDS.

Second Step: When your 4 Narcomoeba hit the grave they come back to the battlefield. Then you use the flashback of Dread Return by sacrificing 3 Narcomoeba and target Angel of Glory's Rise . This will activate her ability and bring back 4 Biovisionary. End of your turn you win!
