I'd say maybe run 2-3 Prognostic Sphinx for a nicer win condition.

A nice budget card that can aid your devotion and speed things up a bit is Dictate of Kruphix. It lets you draw more of the cards you scry faster.
Take a look at my scry deck, Mike Scryson will KNOCK YOU OUT if you'd like. It's a little less aggro, but I like it, and you might find a card you like.
