I recently came across a Tim playset in my collection and decided to make a ping deck with some dragons splashed in as a finisher. I included Tom and ice Tim, so the deck name chose itself. It's probably not a unique deck, but I liked this combination of cards and wanted to keep the cost low to around 50 eur. Also the ping cards were mainly chosen to limit creature cards to dragons and wizards.
