I am Tibalt the Chaotic and I'm here to ask you a question. Is a man not entitled to achieving victory in his cardgame? 'No!' says the man in Washington, 'It belongs to the most expensive deck.' 'No!' says the man working at WotC, 'It belongs to ME!.' 'No!' says some random chinese eating a bat, 'It belongs to infect players.' 'No!' says the stax player, 'It belongs to noone.'

I rejected those answers; instead, I chose, something different. I chose, the unbelievable. I chose... Madness, a deck where the peasants wouldn't fear the price, where the janklords wouldn't be bound by petty "competitivity", where the Chaos would not be constrained by the order. And if you believe, if you embrace and accept the Chaos of our lord and saviour Tibalt and make it yours, If you follow Tibalt's whimsical desires, his power will be yours for you are now his prophet and harbinger of madness.

-What's all this nonsense about?! You might be asking; I'm going to briefly explain what this deck is:

This is both an extremly aggro monored creature deck and a midrange rakdos value deck depending on your draws, the aim of this deck is to get as much value from discarding cards as possible with the lowest CMC we can get and Tibalt's here as a damage bait, cycling engine and potential finisher (Not his most common use but -4 and -6 are still there).

Flameblade and Phoenixes give us extremly explosive earlygame turns. Pyromancer and Kroxa have the recursion and value to keep going if we're stopped during the first turns. Unearth can reanimate any of these cards providing cardraw, direct damage or powerful bodies.

Fiery temper and Alms of the vein add even more explosive power to the deck and increase the value of any looting effect cards.

Goblin lore is a 1 for 1 in terms of card advantatge, since it cycles through 4 cards of the deck it can be cast from a hand without any madness/discard target cards and easily draw+discard up to 3 of those cards.

Burning inquiry is negative in terms of card advantatge, but it's symmetrical, our deck is built and prepared to get maxium value from those random discards but our opponents are not, Inquiry discards our opponents next play more often than not, almost feels like luck, or chaos, is on our side.

Ox of agonas is an emergency refill and potential combo when you have multiple madness cards in hand, his low CMC leaves enough mana open to pay the madness en Phoenix costs.

And last but not least: Conflagrate as a 1of, even though we're a discard deck we usually have 3-4 cards in hand (no need to play lands after the 4th or 5th) so Conflagrate at its worst is a lightning strike. At it's best it'll discard multiple madness cards and Phoenixs while Flameblade is onboard adding to a total damage of enough to kill a commander player .
