A very Fun Deck that uses the worst Planeswalker in MTG history Tibalt, the Fiend-Blooded. But by using the Miracle and Madness mechanic to use his plus one ability to its fullest and using Library of Leng to make the random discard less problematic and use it to know if you need to put it on top of your library or cast it for Madness.
