-2 Burst Lightning, -2 Colossal Might, -2 Vines of Vastwood, -1 Lightning Bolt, +4 Desperate Ritual, +3 Hunger of the Howlpack
I was havin red mana problems so Desperate Ritual should fix that up nicely. Vines of Vastwood wasn't being used that much so i'm swapping it for Hunger of the Howlpack that has more versatility in this deck :D
Ahh but the Naya Sojourners isn't for play, It's for cycling :) I can use the counter to reset the persist on Thunderblust (Though now that you mention it i could put a single plains in thanks to Fertilid...)
Nice wurm though... I might find a use for him, I have another Noble idea with Gruul colors ;D

has been on my list of build-around cards for quite some time.
One thing I noticed, without any Plains
in this deck you can't play Naya Sojourners
.
For a creature of similar size and identical CMC in Gruul colors I would suggest Streetbreaker Wurm
