This started as a simple zombie deck that tried to buff Thraximundar (and possible Grimgrin, Corpse-Born also) as fast as possible.

Now it has some WinCons based on infinite loops:

Mikaeus, the Unhallowed + Triskelion , which deals damage to all players until they are dead.

Gravecrawler + Phyrexian Altar + Any Zombie or Gravecrawler + Grimgrin, Corpse-Born + Rooftop Storm and any other zombie on the battlefield will generate an infinite interaction, which can be combined with Diregraf Captain, Vengeful Dead or Vela the Night-Clad for infinite damage, or by using Bitter Ordeal to mill all opponent's libraries.

I tried my best to have most of the creatures as possible being Zombies.
