I was never a big fan of playing Blue, but after looking at all the awesome cards from SoI, I decided to attempt a Jeskai Mill deck

Win Cons:Spinx's Tutelage for the mill win, or Thing in the Ice   for the kill.

Mill Enablers:Sphinx's Tutelage - obviouslyManic Scribe - 1B creature drop that makes opponents mill 3 cards (6 if delirium checks out)Forgotten Creation + Sphinx's Tutelage is a beast and a game winner.Tormenting Voice - sick card draw and discard, Madness ensues.Startled Awake   - 13 Mill? Hell yes! 2 of due to mana cost.Chandra, Flamecaller - my favorite Lore MtG character, and her 0 ability is bonkers with Spinx's Tutelage. 1 of due to high mana cost.

Control:Fiery Temper - will only cost for Madness cost and will help significantly with Thing in the Ice   and taking out weaker enemies.Just the Wind and Compelling Deterrence - all for screwing over hangerback walker creatures or any attackers that are too big.Press for Answers - stopping big dudes for 2 turns is very useful if I need just a little more time.
