BonehoardMTG Card: Bonehoard might be a good fit, it's pretty much your Lord of ExtinctionMTG Card: Lord of Extinction but artifact. Just my .02

More like my Boneyard WurmMTG Card: Boneyard Wurm. Lord of ExtinctionMTG Card: Lord of Extinction is ALL cards in ALL graveyards.

Only problem with that is if the token dies, via artifact being destroyed or just being Doom BladeMTG Card: Doom Bladed, then my other creatures like Boneyard WurmMTG Card: Boneyard Wurm, MortivoreMTG Card: Mortivore, etc won't gain any effects from it.

Not a bad card suggestion, just not one I think would be good for this deck.

Could use Bone Splinters for some targeted removal over the sacrificers. Spider Spawning is in your colours, and makes use of your main mechanic.

Also Garruk Relentless  Flip - deathtouch to fill graveyards, tutor for Lord of Extinction , ultimate him for an in-mechanic win condition!

I love the idea of Bone Splinters and Garruk Relentless  Flip . What should I remove for them?

Maybe -2 Augur of Skulls , +2 Garruk Relentless  Flip , -1 card:Geth's Verdict, -1 Tribute to Hunger , +2 Bone Splinters .

And it would be completely awesome to have Geth, Lord of the Vault filling up their graveyard and handing you their creatures...

I might do just -1 Augur of Skulls and -1 Liliana of the Veil for 2 Garruk Relentless  Flip , then -1 card:Altar's Reap and -1 card:Geth's Verdict for 2 Bone Splinters . As for Geth, I don't think he would be good in here. Maybe a sideboard card for decks using Wurmcoil Engine , but that's about it.

Note: Geth takes artifacts OR creatures.... not artifact creatures.

August 29, 2012 7:27 a.m.

Ohhhhh, I read it as just artifact xD Well, what should I replace for 2 of them?

Tough to say, because I do hate to slam a person's mana curve like that. I would suggest maybe just one Geth, Lord of the Vault for a Wurmcoil Engine , just for testing! Playtest and see if he's good. I think he could be very awesome, and a 5/5 unblockable is nice even when they have nothing for you to plunder.

The truth is, I have not yet gotten to play with Geth - I own one, and he's in a Commander deck, but hasn't shown up yet!

Alright, will try this out.

The new Lotleth Troll or card:Death's Presence would be good.

September 13, 2012 5:57 p.m.

What would you suggest I remove for 3 Lotleth Troll s?

I would drop one creature for Jarad, Golgari Lich Lord

October 11, 2012 11:30 a.m.

That would be great for this deck. What would I drop though?

Boneyard Wurm , Wreath of Geists and Splinterfright would be great in this deck if you want to follow the 'It doesn't matter if it dies' theme,

October 11, 2012 4:23 p.m.

Yes but it really isn't a "If it dies oh well" case, cause some of these creatures you DO want to live. Also, powering up from both player's graveyards is a plus. Lord of Extinction is amazing cause it is any and all cards in ALL graveyards. Mortivore is second to it cause it counts both graveyards. I actually took out Boneyard Wurm for the Jarads.

I see some creatures as a "if it's gonna die i might as well make use of it before they get the something out of it..." which is why i like jarad in this deck... they might kill Lord of Extinction but its better that you sac it to jarad before their spell resolves. You might want to swap out Brindle Boar for something more control orientated... Slum Reaper or Fleshbag Marauder can take out all those difficult-to kill creatures everyone hates... at a cost that suits the deck's strategy. Maybe run Necroplasm instead of BSZ... dredge would support LOExtinction and perhaps running things like Eternal Witness and Treasured Find will further compliment it. Augur of Skulls is an interesting choice. I think you could run a bit more targeted discard here in its place. The opponent would have less removal to deal with your threats. And maybe Sakura-Tribe Elder instead of Dawntreader Elk

October 12, 2012 9:15 p.m.

Thanks for taking the time to check out this deck. Brindle Boar : Cheap mana cost to give me some life in case I do take some early damage, and sometimes I do. However, I think Slum Reaper could be a good replacement.

Necroplasm is too slow, and dies turn 3 after being played. At least with BSZ I can reuse it if the need arises. It also gets around indestructible. As for dredge, I am not a big fan of self mill, as my luck is complete shit >.< I had a dredge card in here before. Never used the ability once.

Augur of Skulls is used for the discard. If it dies I don't care really. At least being a creature it fuels Mortivore and Kessig Cagebreakers , whereas anything else would just fuel Lord of Extinction .

In all honesty I prefer the Elk just cause. I really have no particular reason.

Its coz its a bear in elk's clothing lol

I fotgot to mention Deathrite Shaman +1

October 12, 2012 10:09 p.m.

No, that card would be bad for this deck o_o I want stuff to STAY in the graveyard, not leave it.

But if you need life, you'll need life... if you need mana, you'll need mana... and if you'll need those last two points of damage... you get the drift

Plus if your opponent is using a g/y based deck like zombies, delver or re-animator, you're better off just nipping away at their graveyard whenever they target something in there

1/2 body isn't so bad for a 1 drop either

October 13, 2012 6:28 a.m.

If they are running a graveyard based deck then they might struggle with this deck then, esp self mill decks. My only concern is graveyard hate decks. Those scare this deck. Then again, I could always use card:Grafdigger's Cage in the sideboard. It doesn't hurt me and keeps cards in the graveyard once in there.

2 extra points of life isn't gonna save me from a creature that has trample and is ridiculously huge. 2 extra damage? I could just kill them with Jarad and sacrificing some weak creature. Mana? I never really had an issue mana wise with this deck. Plus it weakens things like Kessig Cagebreakers , Lord of Extinction , and Mortivore .
