Aminatou Blink

NOTE: The "Maybeboard" is currently more of a "I need to go buy one of these" list. However, suggestions for cuts are still appreciated as I'm really bad at that.

Aminatou, the Fateshifter is a pretty key piece in the deck. It allows for silly plays involving The Chain Veil and other planeswalkers, blinks ANY permanent, not just creatures like Roon of the Hidden Realm, and can set up miracle cards such as Terminus or Entreat the Angels in order to cast them for cheap the next turn, or to shuffle away unwanted cards if you have a shuffle effect. Later in the game, she can switch around boardstates if you're far behind.
Aminatou, the Fateshifter: The commander herself, this little 8-year old does a lot. The ability to blink ANY permanent, not just creatures, is surprisingly powerful. And yet opponents will often see Aminatou as a fragile walker with lackluster abilities, thus leaving her and us alone. Blinking Enchantments, Artifacts, or even Lands if you need an extra mana can get you pretty far.

Brago, King Eternal: So I've already said multiple times that the ability to blink noncreature permanents is a very powerful thing. Brago lets us blink ALL nonland permanents we control, including artifacts/enchantments, every time he hits. I would say he's the best card in the deck if it weren't for the next card.

Deadeye Navigator: Although he can only blink creatures, and has to soulbond with a specific one, this is by far the most broken card in the deck. He turns every ETB or LTB effect into an activated ability for , can reset his soulbond by blinking himself, goes infinite with Palinchron, and so much more. Ashen Rider with this guy easily makes opponents ragequit. His ability to blink himself means he's extremely difficult to kill as well, requiring removal in response to the soulbond ability or just having more removal than you have mana.

Felidar Guardian: May seem a bit weaker than our other blink engines, until you realize that this goes infinite with the commander. Although it's not truly a 1-card combo in this deck, as it requires a third piece, it's still a decent include. Altar of the Brood makes the combo infinite mill, and Panharmonicon means you can blink all of your permanents infinite times, not just Aminatou and the Cat, which notably means that having a Mulldrifter on the field lets you draw your entire deck until you hit that Altar of the Brood to actually win. I'm not entirely sold on the Altar as mill isn't a gauranteed win and it's not great otherwise so suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

Venser, the Sojourner: He's not in the deck yet as I don't own him, but he's an easy include. His +2 is a slightly weaker version of Aminatou's -1 as it makes you wait until EOT, but the unblockability can kill out of nowhere and more blink engines is never a bad thing.

Deadeye Navigator + Palinchron: Generates infinite mana as well as ETB and LTB triggers of every creature you have after generating infinite mana. Also, remember that Palinchron even without going infinite turns Aminatou's -1 into "Add 7 mana to your mana pool"

Aminatou, the Fateshifter + Felidar Guardian: -1 Aminatou on Guardian, Guardian's trigger targets Aminatou, rise and repeat. Wins with Altar of the Brood (looking for a replacement for that). Also, Panharmonicon means the second Guardian trigger can target a different permanent, letting you blink every permanent you control infinite times to draw with Mulldrifter.

Sharuum the Hegemon + Phyrexian Metamorph: The usual Sharuum combo. Play Sharuum, target Metamorph in grave, legend rule sacrifices one, Metamorph-copying-Sharuum brings back real Sharuum, repeat. Again, needs something like Altar of the Brood to win. Notably both of these are again decent cards regardless of combo potential, as we have a few key artifacts to reanimate and Metamorph is always a great card in EDH

History of Benalia: I know this one looks weird, but here me out. You play History, get a knight. -1 Aminatou. Get another knight. Pass. On your turn, history ticks to 2 and you get a knight. -1 Aminatou, get another Knight. If this keeps going, likely with you recasting Aminatou when she dies (she is pretty cheap mana-wise, so shouldn't be an issue), it's essentially Bitterblossom, except with 4 vigilance power instead of 1 flying power each turn, and you don't lose life, and you have a free Overrun effect stapled on for when you're done.

Phyrexian Scriptures, Contagion Engine: Either of these let us continually Plague Wind our opponents. Scriptures requires that you blink it each turn like with History above, but actually wraths the board except for what you've hit with Scriptures' first ability. Contagion Engine can only hit one person each time it enters, but the proliferation also works great with our PWs (and the 2 sagas).

Oath of Teferi/The Chain Veil: Picture this: Elspeth, Sun's Champion, Aminatou, the Fateshifter, and one of these two. -3 Elspeth to wrath the board, then +1 her to create 3 1/1s. -1 Aminatou to blink Elspeth, resetting the activations. +1 Elspeth twice, make 6 more 1/1s. -1 Aminatou again. +1 Elspeth to make 6 more 1/1s. Congratulations! You just wrathed away everything that's decently big and created 15 power in one turn. Now think about this: If you have multiple PWs, you can use Aminatou's -1 to essentially untap The Chain Veil. Each activation lets you -1 Aminatou again. If you have enough mana, you can do some REALLY dumb things. Now throw in Deepglow Skate (note: not yet in this deck), and with multiple activations Aminatou can blink it multiple times, letting you ultimate all of your Planeswalkers multiple times in one turn.

Barren Moor, Fetid Pools, Secluded Steppe, etc. all allow you to cast Miracles on your opponents turn. For example, use Aminatou to put Terminus on top. Then, on opponents' turn, if they attack you, you can cycle one of these and it'll be the first card you've drawn that turn, letting you cast it for it's miracle cost. Sensei's Divining Top is another good way to do this, once it gets in the deck.

Thassa, God of the Sea is oddly strong. Unblockability is always nice, but when I bought the precon and just played it out of the box, I found that oftentimes I would be putting the same card on top every turn and Aminatou's +1 wouldn't be doing anything. Thassa's upkeep scry (before draw), along with randoms shuffle effects like Polluted Delta and Evolving Wilds, help mitigate this problem.

Finally, don't be afraid to -1 Aminatou on your random mana rocks if you need extra mana. -1 targeting Gilded Lotus is just an "Add " which can get you to some big plays a few turns early.
