My first real attempt at designing a commander deck. As the name suggests, madness and other discard effects are the name of the game, as well as just general graveyard-play. One of the biggest enablers of this is my commander, Olivia, Mobilized for War. This deck is for a casual albeit competitive playgroup. I'd really appreciate suggestions, as my deck-making skills and general Magic knowledge are both rather limited.Thanks much!
