Update —July 14, 2013
I updated the deck a bit and got rid of some comments which weren't up-to-date anymore. =)
My other Commander is very expansive, over $900... I think I'll try a different approach here and will keep it at a very low price. Goal is under $90, so no Demonic Tutor etc... the list isn't finished, I know, but I'll try to make the best out of it. Good suggestions, I will definately consider some of it! =)

if you are going to play Exquisite Blood you should really play Sanguine Bond

Yeah, but Sanguine blood on it's own is really useless. Good in a normal deck maybe, but here I think it isn't worth the slot... thanks! =)

Cinder Pyromancer and other direct damage dealers to maximize that commander ability and make sure you can get the commander out when you want to. Some other direct damage dealers have haste like Cunning Sparkmage but the pyromancer has the potential to make the most use of that commander ability, I'm guessing.

You don't really need that many dual-lands. I'd drop everything that comes into play tapped and doesn't do anything extra for you. Lavaclaw Reaches is good, but Rakdos Guildgate would really just slow you down.

If you're not playing french. Sol Ring , card:Sensei's Divining Top. Terminate is a must. Now, Havoc Festival is just cold when you have Wound Reflection , Rakdos, Lord of Riots, or Exquisite Blood ; definitely worth considering.
You need tutors as well. Demonic Tutor , Vampiric Tutor , Increasing Ambition , Liliana Vess , and Demonic Collusion are all my suggestions.
And finally, some creatures that could be fun in this deck would be Scion of Darkness , Akroma, Angel of Fury , Abyssal Persecutor (maybe) and Ulamog, the Infinite Gyre
