Doesn't really feel like a brew; this deck basically builds itself. But it's a Simic tribe, which is of course near & dear to my heart, so I had to try my hand at a Merfolk deck. I guess you could go a couple ways with it, such as more +1/+1 counter shenanigans, but I decided to go with an approach that emphasizes speed & value, with a low land count due to the low curve & the abundant card-drawing options.
