Welcome to Prossh's Workshop. Were the kobolds are the evles, and Prossh is Santa. Except, they don't deal with toys. These guys deal with infinite combos, death, destruction, and over all tom foolery, because lets face it, a 0/1 kobold by himself just tickles. An army of kobolds, well this might pose threat. Lets get into what the deck does.

The start of it all, RAMP!! For this package, we have Prossh playing with many artifacts, enchantments, and actual elf dorks. We have Sol Ring, Gilded Lotus, Chromatic Lantern, Fellwar Stone, Gruul Signet, Rakdos Signet, Golgari Signet, Ashnod's Altar, Phyrexian Altar, Carpet of Flowers, Cryptolith Rite, Elvish Mystic, Fyndhorn Elves, Llanowar Elves, Elves of Deep Shadow , Sylvan Caryatid, Somberwald Sage, Birds of Paradise , Mana Crypt, Mana Vault and Xenagos, the Reveler.

The infinite combo goodness comes in the form of the mighty Food Chain. This lets us cast prossh with deadly efficiency and make an army of kobols. For those who don't know, I shall explain. Upon the first cast of Prossh, we get 6 kobolds. Food chain will then remove prossh, generating 7 mana because prossh is a 6 cmc creature. At this point, prossh will take 8 mana to recast, so we need one more mana. Luckily, the tokens who are 0 cmc will give us one mana due to Food Chain. So 8 mana and cast prossh, and now we get 8 kobolds. Total number of kobolds on the field = 13. Remove prossh again and then remove tokens to recast prossh for 10 mana. 10 more kobolds will enter the field and this makes for a total of 20 kobolds. So the combo goes on, but in this combo, for each cast of prossh, we get a net gain of 5 kobolds. When at the 20 kobolds, food chain uses prossh for 7 mana, then we need 5 more kobolds to get 12 mana total. This would mean we have 15 kobolds on the field cause at this moment, prossh was casted 3 times. So there you go infinite kobolds to play with. Another thing to keep in mind that Eternal Scourge is another creature who goes infinite with Food Chain. This guy is here more for the emergency case that we don't somehow kill everyone when we go infinite. Prossh is going to have a stupidly high mana cost if something like this happens, making it impossible to recast, if we didn't have Eternal Scourge. Eternal scourge will get prossh back with food chain if something happens to him.

Another infinite combo is with both Ashnod's Altar + Phyrexian Altar . These two will create infinite token/mana for prossh. Sac prossh and two tokens to phyrexian altar for color, then the rest of the mana can be generated for ashanod's altar. Our next combo that we can look at it is the powerful Aetherworks Marvel + Paradox Engine . These cards are perfect for prossh. Especially with the Aetherworks marvel and prossh eating his kobold workers. Generate energy to use the Marvel and cast a card from the top 6 of our deck for free, which will trigger Paradox Engine and this can explode if we have a stupid large amount of tokens. Essentially becomes search your deck for whatever card you want.

Impact Tremors + Prossh, Skyraider of Kher + Purphoros, God of the Forge will kill the enemy in one fell swoop if people aren't careful. Goblin Bombardment is another way to abuse the tokens and make them deal damage to our enemies or even to their annoying commanders.

Speaking of more ways to abuse those tokens, lets talk about Ogre Battledriver , and Cryptolith Rite. These cards will abuse our kobolds and make them into terrifying monsters, or greedy gift givers to prossh. Crap ton of mana with Cryptolith Rite and hasted tokens will win you games. Especially if one can get Paradox Engine going with the cryptolith rite and then we just cast everything to our hearts content.

Phyrexian Arena, Fecundity, Skullclamp, Smothering Abomination, Sylvan Library, and Sensei's Divining Top will provide card draw and filter for the deck so that we can keep our hands full. The abomination, skullclamp, and fecundity can really fill our hand when we possess a lot of tokens.

We also have many powerful creatures that will spiral out of control if not dealt with. Especially when combined with, once again, the powerful Paradox Engine. Kiki-Jiki, Mirror Breaker can, and will copy all of our non legendary creature who all do very powerful stuff upon entering the battlefield. I feel that copying Craterhoof Behemoth, several times will win you the game, whether people scoop or not, this is scary. Copies of Zealous Conscripts , Butcher of Malakir, Zulaport Cutthroat, Blood Artist, and even Oracle of Mul Daya for land drops would be awesome.

I hope everybody enjoys the deck. There is still work to be done and I am still looking for ways to add cards and increase in power. If Aetherworks marvel doesn't work out, I will then remove it to add more removal or creatures to the deck. Unsure at this moment. Mana Echoes looks and sounds amazing. Drop prossh and get 36 mana from all 6 kobold tokens entering at the same time, and this only goes up from there. Just need to play test and find room for it. If anyone has any suggestions, please go ahead and leave a comment. I would love to hear what everybody thinks about the deck and if you have suggestions for upgrading, go ahead and make them. Please, if you did enjoy it, +1 it so that we can continue to share the joy of Santa Prossh and his glorious, but deadly, gifts!! Have a great day and thanks again.

If you came over from my other deck The Ur-Dragon Initiative. Then thank you for supporting that deck and thank you for supporting me and my ideas for these decks. They have been a labor of love and I am glad to have prossh back up to speed.

Updates Add

Hello to all,

This deck has just had a massive update of about 21 cards being changed out. Lots of good fast cards that tutor or produce mana. Many things were removed but overall the deck has improved and the few games that I have played with it, it has preformed very well. Please let me know how you feel about the changes and how the deck looks. Thanks again. Also yes, I did keep Aetherworks Marvel.
