No it's not just all lands or no lands, that'd be too easy. I am trying to find out what would be the single worst deck I could make that seems like a normal deck at first glance.

This deck is looking to be as noncompetitive as possible.

Why would anyone want this?

Maybe your friend who sucks at deck-building "forgets" their deck again for the fifth time in 3 months and asks if they can borrow one of yours again. But even then I'd only do that if I secretly hated them.
