2) Play Battle of Wits

3) Use Spawnsire of Ulamog to add 251 Emrakul, the Aeons Torn to the field.

4) The legend rule and their graveyard triggers will shuffle 250 of them into your library (and give you 251 extra turns).

5) Win.

Budget version:

Same plan as above, but add ~250 normal (and considerably cheaper) eldrazi creatures, such as Nest Invader or Ulamog's Crusher, to the field and then cast Terminus to add them all to your library.
