I wanted to do a mono-blue heroic deck.. no scratch that.. I wanted to build a deck centered on Sage of Hours and Triton Fortune Hunter. Now, blue has plenty of heroic creatures, but most of them deal not in counters. and there are VERY few blue spells that add counters... still, I've been able to put together a little something. I find that Fate Transfering counters onto the sage is both very satisfying and quite thematic. Ring of Evos Isle was made for this, Ordeal of Thassa is a must have, and Sage of Fables helps out quite a bit.
