When you can't handle the power of Storm Crow, you have to go for the next best thing. The Commander: Isperia. The Plan: Shut out everyone else's decks with your army of flying answers. The deck uses Isperia to search up the toolbox fliers of the deck that (usually) have an answer for everything. The deck has many spicy but sweet synergies that improve the deck greatly. One unexpected powerhouse of the deck is the card Angel of Flight Alabaster. This creature is the fuel that gets the gears turning and the wings fluttering. The Angel's ability has the power to do a whole host of things, including getting a steady engine of lands with Eternal Dragon (which also happens to make Admonition Angel 20x better), getting any creature from the graveyard back to field every turn with Karmic Guide and making all the other creatures nearly impossible to remove with Kira, Great Glass-Spinner and Selfless Spirit. But of anything, my favorite card with it and one of the most important cards in the deck is Drift of Phantasms. This transmuting flier allows the deck to search for pretty much anything that Isperia can't get herself. Grab Duelist's Heritage or Silverblade Paladin to get double the searches off Isperia. Pick up cheaper removal or ramp with Detention Sphere or Coalition Relic. Even get protection with Champion's Helm.
