I love how you have to add "Not Jeskai".Otherwise people would recommend Jeskai Ascendancy.

Wow, that's nasty. Looks like fun, great idea!

December 27, 2014 8:21 a.m.

Unfortunately, people probably would. What do you think of the deck?

December 27, 2014 8:21 a.m.

And thanks sean360, it's a really fun deck to play with!

I think you're an arse for building such a thing.

+1, I love it.

Thank you!

And then you realized that all of your spells also shut you down and deal damage to you.

Not with Personal Sanctuary. And even if I happen not to have that in hand, I have always dealt enough damage with early drops like The Rack to be able to sacrifice a little life to finish them off. Usually, by turn 5 or 6, they lose more life for doing something then they could deal me damage.

Since this is not Boros, I would suggest Jeskai Ascendancy.

:P

Have you considered running some Idyllic Tutor? it tutors almost your whole deck

December 30, 2014 8:53 a.m.

Yes, that would probably work great! Any ideas for what to take out?

Those decknames, I swear to Szadek.

December 30, 2014 9:01 a.m.

EpicFreddi, I decided that "Not Boros" just didn't fit :P

I would name it "Boom, Boom, Poke and Death".

I think that I'd drop The Rack for the Idyllic Tutor. Just because I don't think that people will be playing much against this deck, so their hand size will be very large.

December 30, 2014 9:48 a.m.

Hmm.... I feel like that could work will almost any deck, though. I like the idea of the opponent having to pay for absolutely anything (and where I live, there is a store like that), hence the name.

December 30, 2014 9:48 a.m.

RoxasGuyXIII (cool name btw),

Yeah, that would definitely work. Making that change now!

City of Traitors and/or Ancient Tomb. They are good mana accelerators. Seeing as almost everything is 3+. Seems like my type of deck.

Also, consider Enlightened Tutor over Idyllic Tutor.

I really like the deck idea, but Anvil of Bogardan will help out the opponent more. Also Cruel Control is specifically a Grixis control deck with Cruel Ultimatum as a finisher. Other than that, really nice!

January 3, 2015 6:21 p.m.

OpenFire

Anvil of Bogardan does help the opponent, but also gives them a more then full hand, which makes Black Vise all the better.

And I guess in that case, this deck is not cruel control, but it's still pretty cruel (though it seems there is not hub for that) :)

Thank you for the comment!

If this was a pure white deck it should be called "Welcome to the Apple store"
