Spellshock, the financial manager, was mobbed by a bunch of angry costumers who didn't appreciate the tax he put on. He was brought to a local hospital and resigned from his post soon after. He is replaced by the energetic Citadel of Pain, a young recruit close to the manager. He may seem a little crazy alone, but when collaborating with his boss, miracles happen!

Hum, I never thought of a specific store as a title... Apple would definitely work if it were white though!

Not trying to be that guy, but you have to realize that you have this in the wrong hub. This deck is NOT cruel control. Cruel Control is a modern Grixis control deck with its main win condition being Cruel Ultimatum, popularized by the man himself Paul Cheon. I'm not saying that you have to change it obviously, but I just want you to know that it's wrong. It'd be the equivalent of labeling a mono blue control deck "Red Deck Wins".
