I was looking for a way to make a deck using a companion and settled on Jegantha, the Wellspring with The Ur-Dragon. They synergize together very well since Jegantha gives a sudden jump in ramp to cast an early Ur-Dragon. I really enjoyed the challenge and uniqueness of building a deck with a companion restriction.

Ramp ramp ramp to cast Jegantha, the wellsping, ideally cast a 5 CMC dragon if able the turn before if you have 4 mana available. First Jegantha activation should be used to drop one or two dragons from your hand, then the next turn you cast The Ur-Dragon and swing with the dragons you already had on the battlefield to trigger The Ur-Dragon right away. Dragons are scary and you will be the target of your opponent's removal spells. Don't over-commit and always try to leave mana open for a counterspell and/or protection (Boros Charm, Teferi's Protection).
