The deck is based off of feeding Nivmagus Elemental like crazy. The pacts cost nothing and don't resolve, so they make for great fuel. High Tide gives mana boosts, Dizzy Spell is for searching for Nivmagus, and if you get Djinn Illuminatus on the field, you get an infinite feeding combo. Burning Anger is for getting around irritating blockers, as there's a lack of trample or flying. Enjoy, suggestions welcome!
