Budget Kess Deck from Sevinne This deck uses Kess as essentially card draw in order to keep a hand full of protection, disruption, and removal. This deck features an odd combo line of Frantic Search + Underworld Breach that the former Sevinne deck ran. The deck lacks the fast mana to get an all-out win with Ad Nauseam, so play accordingly. Because of the lack of the fast Kess combos such as Demonic Consultation + Thassa's Oracle due to some budget restrictions, it is often best to run removal until a wheel package can get online with Narset, Parter of Veils and Notion Thief as payoffs, and Dark Deal, Windfall, and Whispering Madness as the wheels. The tutors are currently 2x 2cmc transmute, 1x 3cmc transmute, and 1x 4cmc transmute. 2cmc are used to find Dockside or Breach as combos, or just value. 3 and 4cmc are used to find parts to wheel locks or Frantic Search.
