The trick to FNM is to know what your opponents enjoy playing. So...what do you see a lot?

Hm, if that's all, then you just need some simple card advantage. Don't bother with the burn, 1v1 won't help you against either RDWs or Tokens. No Scars is an interesting choice, but I'll respect that. So, first you should narrow your focus. Creature aggro seems like a decent choice, as you have a start to that already. So, what can we take out to make the build look more like that?
-2 Pillar of Flames
-2 Titanic Growth
-2 Thunderous Wrath
-1 Chandra, the Firebrand
-2 Hound of Griselbrand (too slow)
-2 Phantasmal Bear (mana focus)-2 Goblin Fireslingers (too slow)
-1 Snapcaster Mage (too slow)
-2 Vexing Devil (never give them the choice)
-1 Frost Titan (mana focus)
+2 Birds of Paradise (ramp is always awesome)
+1 card:Avacyn's Pilgrim (again...ramp is awesome)
+4 Strangleroot Geist (undying = burn's bane)
+4 card:Green Sun's Zenith (It fetches. Why would you NOT run this?)
+3 Garruk, Primal Hunter (Token maker and card draw...which is VERY nice in green)
You may want to fix your land accordingly. I suggest replacing the blue with white for some nasty SB tricks, like Ray of Revelation . That card DESTROYS tokens. Without any Honor of the Pure s or Intangible Virtue s, tokens will not be too hard to handle. Add that to your SB. Ratchet Bomb is another decent option. Play it with the enchantment remover and you should dominate, because your opponent will have to create a ton of tokens to compensate for the lack of boost, and then your bombs will wipe them clean. For burn, Timely Reinforcements should help a lot, along with some Gideon Jura s.
