I'd like advice on how to make my mana base as efficient as possible.

Garbage day!

The basic idea is gaining control of your opponent's creatures, then trashing them with one of the many sacrifice outlets. It's a weenie with a decent amount of card advantage, so it sets up quick. Kari Zev's Expertise works really well, and you're able to cast most cards in the deck for free with it.

Combos:

1. Kari Zev's Expertise + Wrangle to take two creatures. Kari Zev's Expertise is also good with most things in the deck, since many things are CMC 2 or less.
2. Humble Defector + Altar's Reap to draw four cards, trigger aristocrats, and keep the opponent from gaining control of Humble. You can also Wrangle him to give him haste if you're desperate.
3. Mogg War Marshal + any sacrifice outlet like Viscera Seer. He gives you 3 creatures for only two mana, death triggers, and you get to scry three times if you use Viscera.
4. Bazaar Trader + any "gain control" spell. You can tap him to give yourself control of their creature permanently.

You have to say "Garbage day!" every time you sacrifice one of their creatures.
